Sandal Soap

Der Klassiker aus Südindien, wo die schönen Wälder mit dem göttlichen Sandelholzbäumen sind. Es gibt sie also noch. Jahrelang habe ich nur billigere Varianten dieser Seife gefunden, weil der Raubbau in Mysore so überhand genommen hat, musste die Regierung das Holz "Sandalum Album" stark reglementieren. Die hergestellten Seifen wurden immer sparsamer im Duft. Doch anscheinend hat jemand noch alte Seifenbestände verkauft, denn ich habe sie gefunden in den alten Verpackungen und auch mit dem ursprünglich intensiven Original-Duft.
